Refund policy

In the unfortunate event that a product is damaged or incorrect and we are found at fault, we will routinely replace the product with a no-fuss attitude. Please call Copy Centre Coffs on 02 6650 1400 or email us at orders@copycentres.com.au to organise for the replacement product.

If you would not like a replacement product we will refund for the value of the total transaction or the value of the goods. We are committed to ensuring that your transactions with Copy Centre Coffs are processed with excellent customer service and satisfaction.
